    This client was spending over $40K per month with a major brand telco for fixed lines, mobiles and some data services.
    They were not convinced that their telco of choice’s internal account support process, was providing the best outcome with respect to their monthly expenditure.
    TEM completed a line by line, item by item, bill review for the client.

    TEM discovered that around 1/3rd of their mobile fleet of over 300 services, were not in use and were not required, a fibre data connection had been in place and being paid for over 2 years , but never commissioned and multiple examples of fixed line services and other ancillary items not in use or being required.

    TEM identified areas possibly needing attention and after discussing and review with the client, changes were implemented over several months.
    These changes resulted in the clients monthly spend requirements with their telco reducing by 15% , or by $6,000.00 + per month.
    TEM has been retained by the client to provide proactive account support , which helps to ensure that they continue to spend only what is required with their telco of choice and other business communication service providers

    TEM discovered that the clients mobile fleet could be moved to plans that better suited the client as they wanted to stay with their telco of choice, due to their regional mobile coverage requirements.
    They also had multiple ISDN 2 services at 2 sites, that were billing around $2600. 00 per month, with their current telco.
    The client indicated that they were open to suggestions on reducing these costs, if possible
    TEM identified that these numbers could be moved to another telco seamlessly, with plans that would reduce this spend by $1400 per month moving forward.

    These changes resulted in the clients overall monthly spend requirements with respect to their fixed and mobile services reducing by 40+ % or $4000.00 per month with no reduction in services.
    TEM has been retained by the client, to provide on-going proactive account support
