Phase 1

The process begins with TEM doing a detailed line by line review of all your current providers most recent bills.

This is a complimentary service.

Once this has been completed a strategic overview will be presented.

Phase 2

TEM presents it’s consultancy fee structure to be agreed and signed off by the client.

Phase 3

TEM presents an in-depth review of its findings.

Any recommendations accepted are signed off prior to implementation.

Phase 4

The changes are implemented and the client receives the benefits.

TEM’s consultancy fees are paid at this time.

Phase 5

Any further ongoing account support requirements are discussed , agreed to implemented as circumstances dictate.
